Sign Up and Sign In

Reoclo has no passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, with a passkey, or with GitHub.

Sign-up is open during the beta. Anyone who can receive email at their address can create an account.

  1. Go to app.reoclo.com/signup.
  2. Enter your email address, tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and choose Continue with email.
  3. Open the email from Reoclo. It contains a 6-digit code and a confirmation link.
  4. Enter the code, or open the link and confirm.
  5. Name your first organization. Pick a display name and a slug.

Your account exists as soon as you confirm your email. New organizations start on the Starter plan, and you can create up to three free organizations.

The sign-up and sign-in forms run a short Cloudflare security check before they send a code. It usually completes on its own. If it shows a challenge, complete it, then continue.

Joining a team that already uses Reoclo? Ask an admin to invite you. The invite email is a one-click sign-in link, so you skip the organization step. You accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when you finish setting up your profile.

  1. Go to app.reoclo.com/login.
  2. Enter your email address and choose Continue with email.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the email, or open the sign-in link in the same email.

How codes behave:

  • A code is valid for 10 minutes and works once.
  • Five wrong entries invalidate the code. Request a new one.
  • A new request invalidates any earlier unused code for that address.
  • You can resend after 30 seconds. Reoclo sends at most five codes per hour to one address.
  • The sign-in link opens a page that asks for one click before it signs you in. This stops mail scanners that prefetch links from using up the token.

Reoclo shows the same confirmation whether or not the address has an account. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and confirm you typed the address you signed up with. An address with no account and sign-up closed gets an email saying so. Accounts suspended by an admin get no email.

Choose Sign in with a passkey on the login page and approve the prompt from your device, for example with Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware key. You do not enter an email address.

A passkey counts as both factors, so no second step follows.

Add a passkey from the Security keys page in your account settings. Passkeys you register now can sign you in directly. A security key you registered earlier as a second factor can still serve as a second factor, but your device may not offer it for passwordless sign-in. Register it again if it does not appear.

Sign in with GitHub works for accounts that already have a GitHub identity linked. It does not create accounts. Sign up with your email first, then link GitHub from your account settings.

If you turned on an authenticator app or a security key, Reoclo asks for it after you enter an email code or open a sign-in link. Backup codes work when you lose your second factor.

If your organization requires two-factor authentication and you have not set it up, Reoclo prompts you to add an authenticator app or a security key before you continue.

A passkey sign-in skips this step because it already counts as both factors.

  • If you belong to one organization, you go straight to its dashboard.
  • If you belong to several, you choose which one to open.
  • If you were removed from every organization, Reoclo asks you to name a new one.

Passwords are gone. If you had an account before the beta, enter your email on the login page and use the code Reoclo sends. There is nothing to reset.

reoclo login still opens your browser to approve the request. Sign in there with any method above. See CLI authentication.
